Support, operation
During the installation, our colleague will set up the wifi access, adjusting the automatic on and off times as required. After that, the desktops are unattended. All you need to operate the TGT tables is power and WIFI access.

How many people can play at the TGT table at once?
Up to four players. For board games, the number of players is based on how many are logged in: 1-2-3-4. For certain games—like chess, checkers, etc.—it’s two players.

This is the IT infrastructure. Games are delivered to the tables from here, and we can provide statistics from this source.The Physical Table
The current games, and later newer ones, will appear on the table via WiFi. It can also feature a custom homepage.
Technical Information
What is required to operate the TGT at your location?
Power and WiFi. We take care of everything else.
What size is the TGT table?
Table surface: 97*66 cm | Display size: 32″ | Table height is optional: either coffee table or dining table height.
Are the games available online or offline?
Some games require real-time internet access, but most can be played offline.
What kind of WiFi is needed?
A standard WiFi network is sufficient; no extra speed is required..
Why isn't there a power switch?
For simplicity in operation, when set up, we configure the automatic on/off times according to your needs.
How much energy does it consume?
It consumes 40 watts during use (similar to the smallest light bulb).
Is it waterproof?
Spilled liquid won’t harm the table if wiped off immediately. It can’t withstand long soaking, but the table frame is replaceable.
How durable is the surface?
Many of our clients have been using it for years with high utilization from early morning until late evening, and the surface hasn’t worn down.

Can it be purchased as an individual?
Yes. Businesses and individuals can order TGT tables under the same conditions.
How much does it cost?
Request our current price list on the appropriate subpage (header). There you will also find any promotional code for discounts. You can use the discount according to the actual location of use.
Operation
Does it require maintenance?
No. After installation, it can be used without supervision. The Game Cloud IT infrastructure ensures no issues arise: the support team maintains the backend system. There have been no software issues. Occasionally, cables have needed to be replaced due to damage (for example, when guests place chairs on them and they get cut). We send replacement cables, which can be swapped out just like a laptop cable. We recommend using a cable channel for the wires.
What is the Game Cloud?
The Game Cloud is a comprehensive service made up of four parts. In addition to the typical support for IT systems, it includes remote monitoring, telephone customer service, and the automatic release of new games at no extra cost.
For Seasonally Operating Partners
Operate your TGT tables with the Game Cloud credit package, so you won’t have costs during the off-season or when there are no guests. The packages are valid for 24 months.
What’s the difference between the flat-rate Game Cloud and the credit packages?
With the flat-rate Game Cloud package, we provide unlimited use for 12 months.
The Game Cloud credit packages are recommended for seasonal operations. These credit packages can be used within two years and are based on usage time, offering packages from 150 hours to 600 hours. Their usage can be transparently tracked via an online interface. The system only deducts credits for the time spent playing, not when, for example, users are browsing the games on the homepage or when the TGT table is simply turned on.
